About me

A born and bred western suburbs resident, Mark combines an intuitive understanding of the local market combined with extensive knowledge and ability gained through many years living and working in the inner-western suburbs.

Mark is a highly motivated and enthusiastic agent who focuses on customer service, building long-term relationships with his clients and working hard to achieve the best possible results. He thrives on the daily interaction with people that the real estate environment offers.

After more than 35 years as a local resident, Mark’s understanding and connection to the local area, in conjunction with his sales, marketing, networking and communication skills, offers real advantages to his clients. He is highly organised, a great communicator and meticulous when planning a sales campaign. He can be relied upon to seek out and negotiate the market’s highest offer in the shortest possible time.

Mark appreciates the people, the homes and the unique lifestyle of the inner western suburbs. He has sold countless homes in Spotswood, Newport, South Kingsville, Williamstown and many other Melbourne suburbs.

“I strive to provide clients with a non-traditional, progressive real estate experience. What I mean by this is that the process of selling a home needs to be one where all information (positive or negative) is relayed to vendors in a frank, honest and concise manner - so people are able to make informed and empowered decisions in relation to the sale of their home.

Another vital part of the sale process is ensuring that I have consistent weekly contact and update chats with vendors. Managing buyers effectively and regularly updating vendors on campaign progress is absolutely essential.
